WAYNE COUNTY HISTORIAN PETER EVANS EVENT

• On May 12^th, I will be giving a book review at the Palmyra Library at their sandwich-in group at 12 Noon - a new book about one engagement in the War of 1812 titled Knights of the Sea. It is about two war ships that met off the coast of Maine, a detailed examination of the history of the two captains who each lost their life in this engagement and are now spending eternity together in a small abandoned cemetery on the Maine Coast . This talk is free and open to the public.
